Ranks according to contribution and related bonuses:

| Citizen | 20.000 | Receives no more than level 2 bonus of buildings. |
| Honorable citizen | 50.000 | 2 votes, 1 is transferable. Receives no more than level 3 bonus of buildings. |
| Assistant officer | 200.000 | Receives no more than level 4 bonus of buildings. |
| Officer | 500.000 | 3 votes, 2 is transferable. Receives no more than level 5 bonus of buildings. |
| V. officer | 2.000.000 | Receives no more than level 6 bonus of buildings. |
| Councilman | 5.000.000 | 4 votes, 2 transferable. Receives no more than level 7 bonus of buildings. |
| El. councilman | 20.000.000 | Receives no more than level 8 bonus of buildings. |
| V. councilman | 50.000.000 | 5 votes, 3 transferable. Receives building bonuses without restrictions. |
